I am longing to bake this type and I am so glad I did it! :)
Comparing the recipe to my previous creations (naks! :D ), this is quite simple.
So sometimes, I use the whisk mixer rather than the electric hand mixer to really feel that I am a baker! HAHAHA!
This one I am proud of, it is fluffy, yummy and they love it!
Don't worry, I love it, too! :)
One flaw is the peanuts! I just bought it to the convenience store near our house and it tasted salty
And I put a lot especially at the top!
TIP: Just put peanuts at the top MODERATELY.
As they say, too much of everything is bad!
Overall, it is easy to make but hard to resist! HAHA! :)
