What did I bake first? I say Red Velvet cupcakes!
As I informed my big sister about this, she told me, "That's a difficult one for a start".
Well, YES. I want to challenge myself because when I can do this, I can do the others smoothly!:)
I also love this flavor!
So we went to "All about Baking" at Quezon Ave for the ingredients and materials.
OMG. It's a heaven for bakers!
Then we're off to make our first cupcake!
My first baking experience is tiring but sweet! It is a success!
The verdict: My mom told me it is not too sweet, she loves the presentation.
My siblings likes its simplicity yet elegant look. As for the taste, a lot of cream cheese was put in the icing! HAHA!
Nevertheless, it was fine for a first time!
